Afin d’obtenir la certification « ITIL® 4 Managing Professional », vous devez tout d’abord être en possession de la certification « ITIL® Foundation », ou toute autre certification ITIL v3, puis réussir les examens des 4 modules suivants : « ITIL® 4 Create, Deliver and Support », « ITIL® 4 Direct, Plan and Improve », « ITIL® 4 Drive Stakeholder Value » et « ITIL® 4 High Velocity IT ».
