To obtain the ITIL® 4 Practice Manager title, you must successfully complete the «Create, Deliver & Support» certification and master the knowledge from 5 of a total of 15 core practices. The following combined training courses are available for this purpose:

Consists of the following modules

The modules require at least 20 hours of additional time outside the classroom (reading the book and revision/homework).

Each training course consists of three days of interactive training, presentations and group exercises. Please reserve the evenings during the course for revision and/or small homework assignments. The preparation and completion of homework contribute significantly to exam success.

The «ITIL® 4 Foundation» certification is a prerequisite for this training. If you are not yet in possession of this certification, please attend the following course:

To obtain the title «ITIL® 4 Practice Manager», you must attend the module «ITIL Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support» plus one of the 3 Practice Manager modules and obtain the certificate.

You will receive a voucher for an online exam by e-mail from PeopleCert a few days before the start of the course. The exam voucher must be redeemed directly with PeopleCert, where you can register for an available exam date. The online exam will be proctored by a PeopleCert invigilator, which requires a device with a microphone and camera.

Exam format:

  • Specialist module «ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support»: 90 minutes, 40 questions (multiple choice), 28 out of 40 points required to pass (70%), closed book
  • ITIL® 4 Practice Manager module: 90 minutes, 60 questions (multiple choice), 39 out of 60 points required to pass (65%), closed book

Option «Take2»:
This option allows you to retake the exam at a lower price if you fail. The re-examination takes place online. If required, you can book this option yourself in your PeopleCert candidate profile before booking the exam. You have up to 6 months from the date of the first exam to prepare for and take the retake exam.
