ITIL® 4 Practice Manager (PM)
The «ITIL 4 Practice Manager (PM)» certification path imparts knowledge about the implementation of ITIL 4 within the company. ITIL 4 Practice Managers are familiar with the individual practices and know how these are implemented in IT service management.

To obtain the ITIL 4 Practice Manager designation, you must complete the «Create, Deliver & Support» certification and master the knowledge from five of a total of fifteen core practices. The following courses are available for this purpose:

ITIL® 4 Practice Manager: Monitor, Support and Fulfil

or

ITIL® 4 Practice Manager: Plan, Implement and Control

or

ITIL® 4 Practice Manager: Collaborate, Assure and Improve

 

Exam formats:

  • Main module «ITIL Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support»: 90 minutes, 40 questions (multiple choice), 28 out of 40 marks required to pass (70%), closed book
  • Combined modules: 90 minutes, 60 questions (multiple choice), 39 out of 60 marks required to pass (65%), closed book
