The ITIL® Foundation compact course is aimed at people who already have experience of ITIL® and are primarily interested in obtaining the certificate. The ITIL® 4 Foundation Practice course is aimed at newcomers to ITIL® and people who are interested in implementing ITIL®. In this course, the topics can be covered in more detail and there is plenty of time for practical examples and discussion.

The 4 modules of the ITIL® Managing Professional are aimed at IT professionals working in senior positions in the field of IT Service Management. The ITIL® Managing Professional certification path focuses on practical and technical skills and applications of ITIL® in a real working environment.
The «ITIL® Strategic Leader» certification is aimed at IT professionals who have a leadership role in IT Service Management and want to deepen their skills and knowledge in strategic IT Service Management to support the business objectives of their organisations.

- ITIL® 4 Practice Manager: Plan, Implement and Control (ITPIC)
- ITIL® 4 Practice Manager: Collaborate, Assure and Improve (ITCAI)
The Practice Manager is aimed at operational IT professionals who want to deepen and understand their knowledge of individual practices and put them into practice.
Choose one of the Practice Manager modules above and the ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support (ITCDS) module from the Managing Professional stream and you will achieve the ITIL® Practice Manager qualification.
ITIL® Master
ITIL® Managing Professional + ITIL® Strategic Leader + ITIL® Managing Professional = ITIL® Master
The highest ITIL® certification – the ITIL® Master – is awarded to all holders of the «ITIL® Managing Professional», «Strategic Leader» and «Practice Manager» certifications. If you too would like to become a globally recognised ITIL® Master, attend one of our information events.
At our information events, we will also show you how you can enhance your ITIL® Management Professional qualification with a CAS in Digital Service Management from our partner, HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich, which is worth 15 ECTS points.
