The training thrives on interaction. Numerous flipcharts etc. are created during the training. In group exercises, you are challenged to react quickly and understand what needs to be done when you return to your workplace.
The Leading SAFe course illustrates in a compact and clear way how several agile teams work together and how they are managed by all organizational levels. This is particularly helpful for managers, coaches, business representatives, stakeholders and organizational change agents of the entire system.
There are no formal prerequisites for this training.
For those wishing to take the SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification exam, we recommend more than 5 years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product and/or project management and Scrum.
After participating in the training, you will receive access to the SAFe® Agilist (SA) exam.
The login is valid for 30 days. Upon passing the exam, the participant will receive the «Certified SAFe® Agilist» certification from the Scaled Agile Academy.
Exam format: Single / multiple choice, web-based, no aids, questions: 45, pass rate: 80%, duration: 90 minutes.
The exam is held in English.
Experience has shown that seven to ten hours of independent study are required to successfully pass the exam. Our trainers will prepare you optimally for the course and will also be on hand to answer your questions afterwards.
