The assessment is based on the concepts of ITIL® 4.
Scope:
- Strategy (Digital and IT Strategy)
- Brief assessment of the strategic position of the organization in relation to digitalization and the 4 dimensions (organizations and people - information and technologies - partners and suppliers - value streams and processes)
- Customer (Drive Stakeholder Value)
- Determine the organization's current capabilities to identify customers, markets and opportunities and use them to develop service offerings and operate the services
- Governance (Direct, Plan, Improve)
- Discuss the topic area of strategic governance and GRC in IT based on elements from COBIT 2019.
- Agile & DevOps (High Velocity IT)
- Discussion of the organization's current capabilities to develop applications, products, and services in an agile and incremental manner and transition them into operations. Discussion of the level of automation.
- IT Core Processes (Create, Deliver and Support)
- Quantitative assessment of IT
The assessment consists of 4 sessions of 3 hours each. Using selected methods, our expert will interact with you to get a picture of your company, identify and analyze the Pains and, at the end, make recommendations for action.
The topics / documents for the individual appointments will be provided to you in advance, so that you can prepare and use the time efficiently.
The assessment is of interest to companies that want to change something and put their own company to the test under the guidance of an expert and develop recommendations for action for the future.
Hanging points can be: technology decisions, digital transformation initiatives, integration of DevOps/Agile and service management, shortage of professionals and staff, quality initiatives, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
In the workshops we recommend the presence of IT Management, CIO, Service Manager, IT Operation Manager, IT Department Heads, IT Business Manager, IT Governance and Audit Heads.
