What are soft skills? And why are they important?
Soft skills are your personal and social skills that determine how well you interact and work with others. Often soft skills are weighted less than hard skills, yet in the new world of work they are increasingly a critical success factor in achieving your goals and greater satisfaction.
No hard facts without soft skills. Only the so-called soft factors create facts. Imagine a manager presenting the company goals to the employees. What inspires more? Many slides with performance figures or a story that tells the vision of the company?
Which soft skills will be important in the future?
The ability to communicate well and make connections is therefore one of the most important soft skills. You can develop these further in our soft skill trainings «Effective Communication», «Principles of Rhetoric» or «Professional Moderation».
