The course lives from the discussion of the practical cases of the participants. In addition, short, multimedia-based theory inputs are offered. The respective practice phases are characterized by role plays, exercises and exchange among the participants as well as constant self-reflection. The skills are reflected and deepened by means of collegial consultation.
This course is aimed at specialists and junior managers who want to take on leadership responsibility in the near future, as well as newly appointed managers who want to develop their leadership skills. The seminar is also suitable for participants who want to reflect on and optimize leadership from the project manager role.
