This course consists of impulse lectures and exercises in alternation.
This course is aimed at employees of agile teams or employees from organizations that are implementing agile practices.
PMI requires a Master's (secondary level degree), 21 contact hours of training in agile practices, 12 months of general project experience within the last 5 years. A current PMP® or PgMP® meets this requirement, therefore does not need to demonstrate this. In addition, 8 months of agile project experience within the last 3 years is required.
Please also check PMI's official eligibility criteria.
If you do not have any experience in working with agile projects, we recommend you to study the Scrum Guide beforehand.
The exam is not part of the course. Please register individually for the exam via an authorized test center. Please note that, based on experience, a few more weeks of self-study should be scheduled between the course and the exam.
The certification exam consists of 120 multiple-choice questions, for which you will have three hours. Please note that the exam is not available in German.
