Dr Eckhard Hauenherm has been managing IT projects for 20 years with a focus on the introduction of collaboration and communication platforms in companies. In addition to being certified as a PMP, he is also certified by the PMI as an ACP and Agile Hybrid Project Pro. He is also a certified Professional Scrum Master and Professional Scrum Product Owner by Scrum.org and SAFe® Agilist.
For PMI, he has contributed to the German translations of the PMBOK Guide 6th and 7th Edition, the Guide for Program Management 4th Edition and "Process Groups, A Practice Guide". He was a member of the board of the PMI Cologne Chapter until 2020 and is now on the board of the PMI Germany Chapter. In this function, he also leads the Local Group Ruhr Area and the Community of Practice Citizen Development.
