Content

You will learn how to formulate visions and goals clearly and how to break them down, formulate and cut them into epics, features and user stories at the right time and in the right quality.
This involves not only the functional requirements, but also the - often neglected - quality requirements. You will also understand what business value is made up of and how backlog items are prioritized using various techniques according to agile principles.
