1 Introduction to AI and M365 Copilot
- Objective: You will understand what it means to work with an AI agent and learn the basic functions of M365 Copilot.
- Demo: Overview of M365 Copilot
2 Meeting Effectiveness
- Objective: You will be able to use Copilot according to the requirements of meeting tasks and will have developed your own personal prompt templates.
- Exercise: Draft an agenda for a meeting, lead a meeting with Copilot, and critically reflect on it from different perspectives.
3 Content Creation
- Objective: You will be able to use Copilot according to the requirements of content creation tasks and will have developed your own personal prompt templates.
- Exercise: Create content for different target groups.
4 Information Access & Functional Pain Points (Obtaining and Analyzing Content)
- Objective: You will be able to use Copilot according to the requirements of information-related tasks and understand how Copilot can access and process your own data. You will be able to distinguish between classic search and information retrieval using generative AI and will have developed your own personal prompt templates.
- Exercise: Use Copilot to access various data sources in the Microsoft 365 cloud. Compare and summarize documents and gain insights from chats and emails.
5 Efficiency (comparing and further processing content)
- Objective: You are able to use Copilot according to the requirements of efficiency-related tasks and have developed your personal query templates.
- Exercise: Analyze your own processes and identify potential for improving performance and quality. Create an action plan to implement this.
Users who are taking their first steps with M365 Copilot. Experience with AI agents is an advantage, but not essential.
No specific prior knowledge is required. The course includes an introduction to the use of AI assistants and the features of M365 Copilot.
