ITIL® Practice Manager (Version 5)
This certification path imparts knowledge about the implementation of ITIL within the company. ITIL® Practice Managers are familiar with the individual practices and know how these are implemented in IT service management.
To obtain the «ITIL® Practice Manager (Version 5)» designation, you must complete the «ITIL® Transformation» certification and master the knowledge from five of the 15 core practices. The following courses are available for this purpose:
ITIL® 4 Practice Manager: Monitor, Support, and Fulfill
or
ITIL® 4 Practice Manager: Plan, Implement, and Control
or
ITIL® 4 Practice Manager: Collaborate, Assure, and Improve
Exam formats:
ITIL® 5 Specialist module «ITIL® Transformation»: 90 minutes, 40 questions (multiple choice), 28 out of 40 points required to pass (70 percent), open book
ITIL® 4 Practice Manager modules: 90 minutes, 60 questions (multiple choice), 39 out of 60 points required to pass (65 percent), closed book
