Yuki's goal is to help companies and people realise their full potential. She has several years of experience as a facilitator and agile coach in large organisations - including over 8 years at a leading transport company in Switzerland. There, she guided teams and management through the challenges of agile transformation and experienced first-hand how complex scaling agile methods can be.
Today, she helps companies with the practical introduction and customisation of agile frameworks such as SAFe®. Solutions cannot be imposed from outside. She sees herself as a source of inspiration who creates the framework in which organisations can find their own way. In doing so, she attaches great importance to adapting methods to the specific needs and challenges of the organisation rather than rigidly adhering to textbook solutions.
Her focus is not only on imparting theoretical knowledge, but also on developing practical solutions together with those involved. Yuki also follows this approach in all her training courses.
