Michael Mey is co-founder of Obvious Works, which specialises in coaching, consulting and training in the Agile field. Prior to this, he spent more than 15 years in the software development sector in large international companies in the financial industry in various roles: developer, database specialist, business analyst, technical lead, project manager, product manager and department manager. In the process, the topics of requirements engineering and Scrum have always accompanied him for many years. Michael is also passionate about digital marketing and blockchain. As co-founder of twire, he builds Web3 projects in the area of DAO and NFT. twire's clients are mainly established, traditional companies that are taking the next logical step into the crypto world with a valid business case. Michael holds a degree in computer science (FH) and studied general computer science (focus: networks and artificial intelligence) in Furtwangen and Prague.
