Content
In these two PRINCE® seminars, you get to know the project management method PRINCE2®. The first module prepares you for the Foundation exam. After successfully passing, you will learn how to apply PRINCE2® in the second course. At the same time, you will prepare for the Practitioner exam.
The course package consists of the following courses
- PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation (7th edition)
- PRINCE2® Practitioner (7th edition)
Methodology & didactics
The seminars are designed as a workshop with numerous group exercises, which include only very few presentations and frontal teaching. The knowledge is deepened in various practical exercises. On each evening there are additional homework tasks to be solved, which are discussed the next day. In addition, the structure and strategy of the exam are discussed and test questions are solved.
Target audience
This course is designed for project members, interested parties and people who work in projects and would like to get to know the PRINCE2® project management method. Moreover, it is designed for people who want to obtain the Foundation and Practitioner Certificate in a short period of time.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of project management is required.
Certification
Please note: The Practitioner exam can only be taken online.
You can book the exam in English or German. The course materials and official literature are available in both English and German. In general, we recommend that you take the exam in the language of the official literature. When you register for the exam, you can choose the language of the exam and the language of the eBook.
You will receive a voucher for an online exam via email from PeopleCert a few days before the course starts. The exam voucher must be redeemed directly at PeopleCert, where you can register for an available exam date. You can therefore define the date yourself and have enough time for your individual exam preparation. The online exam is supervised by a PeopleCert proctor, which requires a device with a microphone and camera.

«Take2» option:
This option allows you to retake the exam at a lower price if you do not pass. The retake exam takes place online. If required, you can book this option independently in your PeopleCert cadidate profile before booking the exam. You have up to 6 months from the date of the first exam to prepare and take the retake exam.
