The training is interactive and action-oriented and consists of a mix of impulse phases and exercises so that you are optimally prepared for the exam.
Accompanied by learning objective checks and exercises, the core elements of the PRINCE2® method are repeated. With the help of exercises – based on a scenario – the practices, processes and principles are deepened and interlinked.
A comprehensive "Learner Workbook" accompanies this process.
Exam preparation is carried out individually and in groups using sample exams.
Anyone who works in a PRINCE2® environment and needs an in-depth understanding and has already passed the PRINCE2® Foundation certification: Project managers, team leaders, managers and leaders of change projects, program or project management office managers and employees, self-employed and freelancers who want to prove their project management skills.

Please note: The Practitioner exam can only be taken online. You can schedule the date yourself and thus have enough time for your individual exam preparation.
You can book the exam in English or German. The course materials and official literature are available in both English and German. In general, we recommend that you take the exam in the language of the official literature. When you register for the exam, you can choose the language of the exam and the language of the eBook.

Please note: From 1.2.2022, when purchasing a PRINCE2® Foundation exam voucher, the PRINCE2® manual will automatically be provided digitally by PeopleCert. Therefore, it will no longer be included when booking the PRINCE2® Practitioner. For a transitional period, there will therefore be participants who do not have the current Edition 7 manual because they have previously obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate Edition 6 or another PM certification. Please contact our customer support so that we can arrange the book for you at an additional cost.
