The six fields of knowledge and the general competences of the BA are explained with practical examples:

The course introduces numerous techniques of business analysis and, in particular, requirements management, including:

Methodology & didactics

The seminar teaches the theoretical basics. At the same time, the techniques are applied in exercises using a practical example.

The course participants complete their «toolbox», which they can immediately use in their projects.

This course is aimed at people who are new to or interested in the field of business analysis, which can be people from implementation teams and/or project management.
