This course provides a comprehensive overview of generative AI technologies and their potential applications, covering everything from design to implementation and operation. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is discussed in particular detail.

This course is aimed at software engineers, IT architects (e.g. software architects and enterprise architects), AI developers and ML engineers, technical project managers, CTOs, CIOs, CDOs and product owners.
A basic knowledge of IT architecture and software development is recommended. Experience with AI technologies or cloud platforms is an advantage but not essential.
This course prepares participants for the practical application of GenAI technologies within a company setting. Certification is not currently planned.
