4 Introduction and use of OKR based on an end-to-end practical case
- Based on a given SWOT analysis, the participants develop the strategy of the company presented
- Based on the strategy map, the participants derive the OKR for the company and a selected business unit
- With the help of this case study, the participants go through a complete OKR cycle (goal setting, planning, weekly, review & retrospective) and learn the critical success factors when using OKR
