The training thrives on interaction. Numerous flipcharts etc. are created during the training. In group exercises, you are challenged to react quickly and understand what needs to be done when you return to your workplace.
Technical staff such as system, solution and enterprise architects and software developers who want to understand their role in a Lean-Agile organization as well as technical managers who make architectural decisions and/or product managers who want to collaborate with architects. Managers and others with less technical backgrounds will also benefit from the training by understanding development processes and how to make team collaboration more effective.
There are no formal requirements for participation in the course.
Experience in project management and/or IT/architecture and in particular with Scrum/Kanban is advantageous. Familiarity with the concepts and principles of Agile is also recommended.
Knowledge of SAFe is not mandatory in this case, but recommended. Leading SAFe is recommended to have received an introduction to the framework.
After participating in the training, you will receive access to the SAFe® for Architects exam.
The login is valid for 30 days. Upon passing the exam, the participant will receive the «Certified SAFe® for Architects» certification from the Scaled Agile Academy.
Exam format: multiple choice, web-based, no aids, questions: 45, pass rate: 71%, duration: 90 minutes.
The exam is held in English.
Experience has shown that seven to ten hours of independent study are required to successfully pass the exam. Our trainers will prepare you optimally for the course and will also be on hand to answer your questions afterwards.
