The path to the certificate in classic project management IPMA Level C or B / Agile Leadership IPMA C or B is a 4-step process. Our coach shows you at the beginning everything that is expected of you and what there is to do. For each certification step, you will receive valuable tips and qualified feedback. This allows you to focus on the essentials and get closer to your goal efficiently & effectively.
The coaching consists of 4 half-day sessions. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor and coach, you will work through the individual certification steps.
Impulse - independent work - questions/answers or feedback process complement each other continuously, so that the certification process is efficient & effective for you.
This course is aimed at (partial) project leaders with relevant experience who want to document their action competencies with a Project Management IPMA Level C/B or Agile Leadership IPMA Level C/B certificate.
Project Management according to IPMA®
Certified Project Manager IPMA® Level C
In the last 6 years at least 3 years of experience as project manager in limited complex projects or in a responsible project management role as assistant project manager of complex projects. Only the roles of assistant project manager(s) and subproject manager(s) are accepted.
Certified Senior Project Manager IPMA® Level B
At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the last 8 years, of which at least 3 years in a responsible leadership role in complex projects.
Agile Leadership according to IPMA®
Certified Agile Leader according to IPMA® Level C
In the last 6 years at least 3 years of leadership experience with implementation responsibility in complex, agile projects
or 3 years of leadership experience in a role supporting the responsible person in complex, agile projects.
Certified Agile Senior Leader according to IPMA® Level B
At least 5 years of leadership experience in an agile environment in the last 8 years, including at least 3 years of implementation responsibility for complex projects.
