The course consists of a 2-day interactive training with impulse contributions and group exercises.

The course is conducted as interval training so that the material can be deepened.

Participants are expected to deepen the course material in the time between the two course days in order to prepare for the exam.

Please bring a notebook or tablet to the course, as the seminar will use the HERMES online environment.

This course is aimed at project members and interested people, as well as those involved in projects, who want to get to know the HERMES 2022 project management method and obtain the Foundation certificate in a short period of time.

Basic knowledge in project management according to the following course is an advantage:

Please send us your date of birth and hometown when you register. This information is required for the exam registration. On the day of the exam, you will need an official photo ID for identification purposes.

Scheduling the exam

TÜV Süd will give you the opportunity to complete the exam within a three-day time slot. This time slot is only available on weekends (Friday through Sunday inclusive). We make every effort to schedule this three-day time slot on the weekend immediately following the last day of the course. Please note that there may be exceptions. Dates will be available as soon as you register.

Registration

The HERMES 2022 Foundation exam is administered online. The exam takes place via the software ProctorExam. With your personalized e-mail address (which you provide when registering for the course), you will be invited by TÜV Süd with a link to the registration/examination. Once you have registered, you will be invoiced for the exam, even if you do not take it. When registering, please indicate that the invoice should be sent to Digicomp. Exam Results and Certification

Immediately after the exam, you will see in the system whether you have passed the exam or not. The final decision to issue the certificate will be made after the exam. You will then receive your certificate by e-mail.

Technical requirements:

• PC or laptop with webcam, microphone and speakers (no headset)
• Multiple monitors can be connected, but they must be duplicated
• Google Chrome or Edge Chromium browser with a ProctorExam add-on
• Tablet running Android 4.1 or higher or iOS 8.0 or higher with a ProctorExam app
• Stable internet connection with at least 1 Mbits (upload and download)

Format: Multiple-choice exam questions, number of questions: 40, duration: 60 minutes, no aids allowed
