This training is aimed at members of management, executives, project managers and employees from all areas of the company (e.g. marketing, sales, IT, HR, purchasing, procurement and production), trainers and coaches who want to provide professional support to management as part of strategy implementation or who want to develop their own strategy for their own area and implement it in an agile manner (e.g. digitalisation strategy, HR strategy, marketing & sales strategy, controlling strategy).
There are no formal requirements for participation in this course.
After attending this 2-day seminar, you will have the opportunity to become a Certified OKR Professional (Certificate from Erasmus University (EHS) Basel).
