In this advanced training, we’ll focus on deepening knowledge of methods and tools of business analysis in accordance with the BABOK:
  • Capitalize on experience to apply BABOK’s recommendations and specifically the six core steps to structure business analysis
  • Make the link between the methods and tools of Design Thinking, TOGAF architecture, change management and communication

Target audience
This training is designed for anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge of the six core steps and BABOK’s 50 techniques and acquire good practices as a business analyst in predictive (waterfall) and agile environments. Among those people are Business Analysts, as well as project managers, architects and testers who already have some experience in business analysis.

Certification

Training does not include exams and certifications. This training allows you to validate professional development hours necessary to obtain the IIBA® certifications:

Information on the IIBA® ECBA™, CCBA™ and CBAP™ certifications:

ECBA™ certification
In order to obtain this certification, you will have to register for the exam on the IIBA website, pay the exam fees and pass the exam.

CCBA™ certification
To earn the CCBA™ certification, candidates must complete a minimum or 3’750 hours of business analysis work experience in the last 7 years, among which a minimum of 900 hours on each of the 6 BABOK® Guide Knowledge Areas or a minimum of 500 hours in each of 4 of the 6 BABOK® Guide Knowledge Areas, complete a minimum of 21 hours of Professional Development within the last 4 years, provide references and agree to Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions. You will then have one year to enroll and pass the associated exam.

CBAP™ certification
To earn the CBAP™ certification, candidates must complete a minimum of 7’500 hours of business analysis work experience in the last 10 years, among which a minimum of 900 hours in 4 of the 6 BABOK® Guide Knowledge Areas for a total of at least 3’600 of the required 7’500 total, complete a minimum of 35 hours of Professional development in the last 4 years, provide two references, agree to Code of Conduct and agree to Terms and Conditions. You will then have one year to enroll and pass the associated exam.
