The course content/learning objectives are based on the official syllabus.
Consists of the following modules
The first part of this course package, which focuses on knowledge transfer, is interactive and practical: short theory sessions alternate with exercises, case studies, group work, and timebox sessions, allowing participants to experience agile working methods firsthand. Visualizations, canvas models, and clear step-by-step explanations facilitate a quick understanding of PRINCE2® and agile concepts.
At the same time, you will be specifically prepared for the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation exam: learning checks, quiz questions, sample exams, and feedback loops consolidate knowledge and strengthen application confidence.
The second part is application-oriented: visual boards, agile artifacts, role-playing exercises, and exam-relevant scenarios alternate with short theory impulses, allowing participants to directly experience the connection between PRINCE2® and agility. Simulations, canvas models, and case studies help participants to confidently assess even complex situations and make informed decisions. A collaborative, dialogue-oriented approach promotes exchange, reflection, and joint problem-solving.
At the same time, you will be specifically prepared for the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner exam: scenario work, sample solutions, exam questions, timebox analyses, and feedback loops strengthen transfer performance and increase confidence in dealing with the exam format.
The PRINCE2 Agile® course package is aimed at anyone who is responsible for or actively involved in projects in dynamic environments: project managers, agile practitioners, product owners, scrum masters, members of project management offices, business analysts, change managers, and specialists and managers who want to combine agile working methods with structured governance. It is also suitable for teams and organizations that want to increase their agility, professionalize hybrid project environments, and apply PRINCE2® confidently in agile contexts.
This package has no formal prerequisites. Experience in both classic and agile project management is advantageous for learning transfer.
