Component of the following courses
Our course deepens the knowledge in the PMBOK-Guide and demonstrates the implementation in practice. In addition to the PMBOK-Guide, we use the Agile Practice Guide, which is included free of charge with the English edition of the PMBOK-Guide and contains more detailed explanations.
Our one-day course will give you an in-depth overview of the topic. The agile methods and their assignment to the knowledge areas and processes of the PMBOK are discussed and the implementation and connection possibilities of both worlds are jointly developed.
For the examination candidates of a PMP or CAPM examination, it is to be expected that knowledge and experience with agile methods are assumed for the questions in the current examination. A deepening of the subject matter therefore also offers great support for targeted exam preparation.
This course is designed for experienced project managers.
The prerequisite is knowledge of the process model of the PMBOK, preferably the fifth or sixth edition. In addition, experience and knowledge with agile tools such as Scrum and Kanban are beneficial.
