This training course is aimed at individuals who have practical experience as project managers and sub-project managers, project team members, Scrum Masters and Product Owners, project management practitioners, as well as individuals who wish to undergo the VZPM certification process or those who are pursuing an MAS (Master of Advanced Studies) or DAS (Diploma of Advanced Studies) in project management.
There are no formal admission requirements for this trainig course. It is recommended that participants have gained initial practical experience in the role of (partial) project manager.
The performance record consists of full attendance (at least 80%), two compulsory modules that must be attended to 100% (Module 2 & Module 8), a project assignment, a two-hour written exam, and a project presentation in the final module.
This training course is conducted in cooperation with our partner SGO Business School. The CAS and 18 ECTS points are awarded by our partner, Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich (HWZ).
