Module 6: Practical transfer and conclusion (1 day)
- At the end of the training course, you will demonstrate that you can apply the skills you have learned in practice. The exam consists of a single-choice test and a group presentation. You will demonstrate specialist knowledge, methodological competence, and the targeted use of tools – including reflection on their limitations.
This training course is aimed at people who work at the interface between business and IT, as well as those who are new to project management. However, it is suitable for professionals in all industries.
There are no formal admission requirements. Initial practical experience in the field of business analysis is an advantage.
In order to obtain the «Business Analysis SGO» professional diploma, participants must attend the seminar regularly (80%) and successfully complete the single-choice exam and group presentation.
