Digital product design describes the holistic process of creating user-centered, strategically aligned, and technically feasible digital solutions. It's not just about appealing user interfaces, but about the systematic development of products that create real added value—for users and companies alike. In this course, you'll learn how to explore user needs (discovery), define requirements, and lead design processes (leadership). You'll get an overview of the entire product lifecycle, understand how different levels of a product are connected, and learn about the right methods and tools for your work as a product manager/product owner.
