The fundamentals of business analysis are taught using practical examples. The focus is on understanding, gathering, and describing requirements.
- Fundamentals and key concepts of business analysis
- How to gather and structure requirements
- How to describe requirements clearly and comprehensively (in natural language)
- How to represent requirements in a model-based way (e.g., processes and simple models)
- Practical techniques for analyzing and structuring requirements
- How to use artificial intelligence methods to support business analysis
The seminar teaches the theoretical fundamentals of business analysis. You will apply the techniques presented in exercises using a practical example and learn how artificial intelligence methods can support you in analysis and documentation tasks
You will complete your «toolbox» with tried-and-tested methods that you can use directly in your own projects.
This course is aimed at people who are new to or interested in the field of business analysis, which can be people from implementation teams and/or project management.

No previous experience in this area is required. Project experience is an advantage.
