10 Troubleshooting SharePoint Online
This course is aimed at users with a technical background who want to configure and administer SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Search.
No prior knowledge of administering the Microsoft 365 environment is required, but students should have a technical understanding of the concept of user and group administration and rights assignment.
Experience as a user of SharePoint Online and knowledge of the basic functions of SharePoint (managing documents, managing lists, creating pages), OneDrive, and Teams.
