This course is intended for enterprise-level messaging administrators for Exchange Server, IT generalists, and help desk professionals who want to learn about Exchange Server SE.
Participants in this course are expected to have at least two years of professional experience in the IT field—usually in the areas of Windows Server administration, network administration, help desk, or system administration.
Some experience with Exchange Server concepts is also expected, but prior experience with Exchange Server administration is not a prerequisite.
