This self-developed course covers the topics of the official Microsoft courses «MS-4002: Prepare Security and Compliance to Support Microsoft 365 Copilot» and «MS-4017: Manage and Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot».

• Understanding the technical architecture and requirements of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including licensing prerequisites
• Preparation of a Microsoft Enterprise environment for the rollout of Copilot in terms of:
  • Administrative security and privacy controls
  • Data residency, data processing, and data storage 
• Implementation & administration of Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Extensibility of Microsoft 365 Copilot 
• Support resources available to M365 Copilot users, including the M365 Copilot Launch Hub, the M365 Copilot FAQ, and the M365 Copilot Customer Hub

This course is designed for Microsoft Professionals and M365 Administrators that are responsible for the technical rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• Basic knowledge and initial hands-on experience in administering a Microsoft 365 tenant and its services including security is required. This knowledge can be acquired in through these courses:
  • MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • SC-900 – Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• In addition, we recommend that you have the Copilot-specific knowledge covered in the following course:
