1 Advanced features of M365 Copilot
- Objective: You will learn about advanced features in M365 Copilot and how to further optimize your workflows.
- Demo: M365 Copilot Creator, Copilot Pages and Notebooks, using standard agents
2 Meeting Effectiveness
- Objective: You will be able to use Copilot to connect multiple meeting-related tasks with a single process and know how to optimize your personal prompt templates.
- Exercise: Prepare an agenda and content for the meeting based on several previous meetings and discussions.
3 Content Creation (Creating content for your subject area)
- Objective: You can use Copilot to connect multiple content creation tasks to a process and understand the benefits of custom agents. You know how to optimize your personal prompt templates.
- Exercise: Create a topic notebook and design prompts to automate the recurring creation of content from this topic area.
4 Information Access & Functional Pain Points (Performing complex research)
- Objective: You will recognize the difference between simple information retrieval and complex research, in which Copilot independently optimizes the result in several steps (deep research).
- Exercise: Complex research with the Copilot Researcher Agent
5 Efficiency (Analyzing and processing data)
- Objective: You will be able to combine multiple efficiency-related tasks into one process with Copilot and know how to optimize your personal prompt templates.
- Exercise: Analyze data to understand reports and processes. Summarize the results as a basis for a meeting or phone call.
This training is structured in four business objective areas and contains theory and hands-on lab exercises focusing on processes with M365 Copilot.
This training is intended for business people that already have experience with M365 Copilot and prompting and want to improve their skills to the next level.
Basic knowledge of M365 Copilot is required for this training. It is recommended that the participants have a few months of experience with M365 Copilot and prompting.
