In this course, you will learn how to simplify complex use cases with individually configured Copilot agents, develop tailor-made scenarios, and optimally integrate AI into demanding processes. After completing the course, you will be able to use Copilot specifically with your own agents for challenging tasks and design innovative, cross-team solutions.
This course covers only «Copilot Studio light» agents. These can be easily created by all business users without the need for IT or development skills. Complex «Copilot Studio Full Experience» agents are covered in course PL-7008: Create Custom Agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
1 Advanced features of M365 Copilot
- Objective: You will be able to create your own Copilot agents and optimize them for your use cases (simple agents only, no Copilot Studio agents > see advanced courses)

2 Meeting Effectiveness
- Objective: You will understand how a personal agent can optimally support you in dealing with meetings.
- Exercise: You will create an agent that you can use to prepare and follow up on meetings with specific requirements.
3 Content Creation (Assistant for Communication and Social Media)
- Objective: You will be able to use an agent to create ongoing posts such as news or social media posts, ensuring that they comply with your company's clear guidelines.
- Exercise: Create an agent that always follows your company's guidelines on communication, language, values, etc. when creating new posts.
4 Information Access & Functional Pain Points (Exploring Company Documents)
- Objective: You will understand how to use specific work documents as a knowledge source for your agent and how to make this agent available to your team.
- Exercise: You will create an agent that you can use to work specifically with company documents such as manuals, regulations, or instructions. You will share this agent with your team.
5 Efficiency (Analyzing and Processing Data)
- Objective: With your personal AI agent, you will create your companion for questions about AI and Microsoft Copilot, so you can stay on top of things and be ready for the future.
- Exercise: You will create an assistant that will help you explore areas of working with AI that you are not yet familiar with.
Component of the following courses
- M365 Copilot Adoption with Business Objective Focus – Advanced
This training is structured in four business objective areas and contains theory and hands-on lab exercises focusing on processes with M365 Copilot.
This training is intended for users who already have extensive experience with M365 Copilot and prompting and now want to create their own agents for specific tasks.
- The course primarily covers creating your own agents. This feature must be enabled in your own environment so that the course content can be implemented in everyday use (functionality is included in the M365 Copilot license, Copilot Studio light only).
- Advanced user knowledge analogous to the following course (or equivalent knowledge) and at least 4 months of practical experience with M365 Copilot:
The configuration of M365 Copilot in your company may differ from the standard configuration. All standard functions are available in the training environment.
This «flexible» live virtual course is scheduled over a period of 2 weeks. During this time, 4 instructor-led sessions of 1.75 hours each take place, i.e., the instructor supervises the participants live. All live sessions of a course will take place in the morning (8:30 am - 10:15 am or 10:30 am - 12:15 pm CET). The 4 sessions of 1.75 hours each correspond to one course day.
By clicking on «Timetable» when enrolling, you can already see when the live sessions will take place. Of course, these sessions are recorded and therefore available for the class afterwards.
Everything takes place on one Microsoft Teams channel per class. The participants have access to all sessions and information within the class for the duration of the course.
