This course is aimed at employees at all levels who wish to build their resilience in times of uncertainty.
There are no formal prerequisites for this course.
Please complete the resilience self-assessment before the first live online session. Be sure to bring your results to the first live online session! You’ll find the self-assessment in your learning environment, which will be made available to you 10 days before the training begins.
We recommend booking at least 14 days before the seminar date so that you can receive any documents by post in good time.
