Interactive development of the content in the team, self-awareness and self-reflection, working in the room, application to own examples, numerous exercise sequences in groups of two with individual feedback, discussion and exchange of experience in the group.
Transfer tasks are worked on in self-study between the modules.
This course is primarily aimed at professionals and managers who frequently face stress, conflicts, frustration, or emotionally taxing situations in their daily work – and who would like to learn how to deal with them in a more calm and constructive manner.
The course is particularly beneficial for people who:
