Der Lehrgang verbindet fundierte Fach-Inputs mit praxisnaher Anwendung und konsequentem Transfer in den Führungsalltag. Du lernst nicht nur die Grundlagen und Einsatzmöglichkeiten von AI kennen, sondern wendest diese direkt auf reale Führungs- und Organisationssituationen an.
Kurze Theorie-Inputs wechseln sich mit praktischen Übungen, Fallbeispielen, Reflexionsaufgaben und moderierten Diskussionen ab. Der Erfahrungsaustausch im Plenum ermöglicht es dir, unterschiedliche Perspektiven kennenzulernen und konkrete Fragestellungen aus deinem eigenen Arbeitsumfeld zu bearbeiten. Dabei profitierst du vom Know-how erfahrener Expertinnen und Experten aus den Bereichen Leadership und Künstliche Intelligenz sowie von einer gezielten Vorbereitung auf die SVF-Zertifikatsprüfung.
Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Lehrgangs ist das begleitete Selbststudium. Über unsere Lernplattform digicomp learn erhältst du umfangreiche Lernunterlagen, Vertiefungsaufgaben und weiterführende Ressourcen. Für die Bearbeitung der Selbstlernsequenzen sowie die Erstellung des für die SVF-Zertifikatsprüfung erforderlichen Reflexionsberichts solltest du zusätzlich rund 35 bis 40 Stunden einplanen.
Als roter Faden durch den gesamten Lehrgang entwickelst du Schritt für Schritt deinen persönlichen AI-Agenten. Dieser unterstützt dich bereits während des Lehrgangs bei der Bearbeitung von Führungsaufgaben und steht dir auch nach Kursabschluss als individueller Sparringspartner für deinen Führungsalltag zur Verfügung.
Als Vorbereitung auf die Abschlussprüfung arbeitest du während des gesamten Lehrgangs schrittweise an deinem persönlichen Praxistransfer und entwickelst konkrete Ansätze für den Einsatz von AI in deiner Führungsrolle. Gleichzeitig wirst du gezielt auf die Anforderungen der SVF-Zertifikatsprüfung vorbereitet.
This course is suitable for you if you hold a leadership role or coordinate teams or projects and would like to understand how to use artificial intelligence effectively, responsibly and profitably.
It is particularly suitable for those new to leadership, team leaders, project managers and graduates of leadership, management and professional certification courses.
The course specifically prepares you for the SVF «AI Leadership» certificate.
Active participation in the course requires a paid subscription (Plus, Pro or equivalent) to at least one leading AI language model or AI assistant (e.g. ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Google Gemini Advanced). This provides unrestricted access to the features used in the course and is a prerequisite for the practical exercises and the development of your personal AI agent.
Die Zertifikatsprüfung wird durch die Schweizerische Vereinigung für Führungsausbildung (SVF) durchgeführt und besteht aus fünf Teilen:
- Einführung in AI im Leadership-Bereich (25 Minuten): Multiple-Choice-Fragen und eine Transferaufgabe
- Praktische Tools und Anwendungen (30 Minuten): praktische Einzelaufgabe mit AI-Tools
- Kommunikation, Ethik und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen (20 Minuten): Fallanalyse
- Change Management und AI (40 Minuten): schriftliche Fallbearbeitung mit Praxisbezug
- Persönliche Kompetenzentwicklung: Reflexionsbericht, Präsentation (10 Minuten) und Fachgespräch/Kolloquium (10 Minuten)
Der Reflexionsbericht muss spätestens zehn Tage vor dem Prüfungstermin bei der SVF eingereicht werden. Während des Lehrgangs wirst du bei der Erarbeitung des Reflexionsberichts begleitet und gezielt auf Präsentation und Fachgespräch vorbereitet.
Die Prüfung wird im Prüfungszentrum der SVF in Steinhausen durchgeführt. Pro Jahr sind vier Prüfungszeitfenster vorgesehen. Für aktuelle Prüfungstermine und die Prüfungsanmeldung beachte bitte die Website der SVF.
Die Prüfungsgebühr beträgt CHF 300.– und ist nicht im Kurspreis enthalten.
Nach bestandener Prüfung erhältst du das offizielle SVF-Zertifikat «AI Leadership».
Nach erfolgreichem Besuch des Lehrgangs erhältst du von digicomp eine Teilnahmebestätigung.
