The seminar alternates between trainer input and individual and small-group work. You can expect exercises, role-playing, sharing experiences with other leaders, working through real-world cases, and feedback.
This course is aimed at emerging leaders who want to prepare for their roles, as well as managers who have recently assumed leadership responsibilities. Participants from all industries are welcome.
There are no formal requirements for this course.
