Your training is designed as a varied, part-time learning journey. Live training sessions with experienced experts are combined with digital self-study modules, hands-on exercises, and interaction within the learning community. This allows you to flexibly build new knowledge, deepen your understanding together with others, and directly apply what you’ve learned to specific challenges in your day-to-day work. Practical coaching sessions help you apply what you’ve learned in a sustainable way within your company. Your learning journey takes approximately five months.
This master class is primarily aimed at individuals whose daily work involves sustainability.

There are no formal requirements for participating in this training.
The exam takes place online. You can take it from the comfort of your home or office within a specified time frame. It consists of the following two parts:
E-exam: You will be given 20 questions (drawn from a pool of 40 questions) covering the content from the four modules of the Master Class.
Project Presentation: You will present your concept (approx. 20 minutes) to a maximum of three other examinees and an examiner. This will be followed by a feedback discussion (approx. 15–20 minutes).
We recommend booking at least 14 days before the seminar date so that you can receive any documents by post in good time.
