This practice-oriented program will help you develop the knowledge and skills you need to actively shape change processes, develop innovative strategies, and design organizations for the future. You will plan your personal development creatively rather than reactively, preparing yourself for the next step. The CAS will teach you current and proven approaches, tools, and skills – from change management to the integration of artificial intelligence in decision-making processes.
The course has a modular structure and comprises a total of 9 seminar days as well as the integrated MMAI (Master Management with AI) course, which is run in collaboration between the SGO Business School and academy4.ai. The 4 modules are each organized into 2-day units, supplemented by a one-day course conclusion.

Your current professional activity is the only formal requirement for this course. No prior knowledge or specific qualifications are required – your experience and motivation are what matter most. It is recommended that you have gained some initial practical experience in a project management role.
CAS Organizational Development (Certificate of Advanced Studies with 12 ECTS credits)
The SGO Business School awards the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in cooperation with the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich. The HWZ is institutionally accredited according to HFGK.
Performance record:
- Full attendance (at least 80%)
- 6 out of 7 modules with case studies (practical section) MMAI
- Transfer assignment: “Story Cast”
The course has a modular structure and comprises a total of 9 seminar days as well as the integrated MMAI (Master Management with AI) course, which is run in collaboration between the SGO Business School and academy4.ai. The 4 modules are each organized into 2-day units, supplemented by a one-day course conclusion.
The modules offer a flexible mix of face-to-face and online teaching: the first two modules and the course conclusion take place on site. Module 3 (MMAI) is conducted entirely online, while you can choose between an online or face-to-face option for the fifth module. This combination of face-to-face and online formats offers you the opportunity to integrate learning flexibly and efficiently into your everyday life.
