In this compact training course, you will learn how to analyze change processes holistically, manage them in a targeted manner, and support them with appropriate methods. You will develop a deep understanding of the dynamics of change processes, integrate agile methods, and strengthen your communicative impact – all in a practical and directly applicable way.
The course consists of three 2-day modules and preparatory webinars.

There are no formal admission requirements for this course. It is recommended that participants already have experience in change management.
