In the second part of the course, things get more tangible, concrete and practical: In the collegial case consultation, you will have the opportunity to present your Kanban system and your current challenges in a confidential atmosphere. Under the supervision of the trainer, you will receive analyses, tips and advice from the other participants, which will open up your view of your own system, illuminate it from a different perspective and point out possible horizons. In the end, you will leave the training with concrete action steps that you can implement in your environment the very next day.
