More about the speaker
Markus Bause is VP Product at PeopleCert and is responsible for the further development of the product portfolio relating to ITIL®, PRINCE2®, and DevOps Institute. Previously, he was managing director of a leading training and consulting company. During this time, as well as in his earlier roles as a consultant, coach, and trainer, he gained extensive experience in service management, product management, organizational development, and IT governance. To this day, his focus remains on practicality, clarity, and solutions that work in everyday life.
