In this simulation, your task is to hire the IT department of one of the largest pizza companies in the world so that the company can achieve its goal. And that is: to secure an even bigger piece of the global pizza market. To this end, operating costs are to be reduced, revenues and market share increased, and customer satisfaction and loyalty improved. IT plays a central role in this.
How do you organize your IT resources? And what IT products and services do you use to help the company achieve its goals?
The focus of this practical simulation is on:
- Business Relationship Management
- Service Level Management
- Change Management
- Financial Management
The simulation is offered as an in-house training and can be carried out with a minimum number of 8 participants (up to a maximum of 12).
This course is aimed at Business Relationship Managers, Account Managers, Business Managers, Service Managers as well as CIOs.
No formal requirements. Experience in service management and business relationship management would be an advantage.
