This course is aimed at experts in professional roles such as collaboration engineers and administrators for collaboration.

Understanding of networking technologies, understanding language and video, and knowledge of Cisco Collaboration Core technologies is required.

Certification
The 300-820 CLCEI «Implementing Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Edge Solutions» exam lasts 90 minutes and is associated with the «CCNP Collaboration» and «Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Cloud & Edge Implementation» certifications. This exam tests a candidate's knowledge of collaboration cloud and edge solutions, including Cisco Unified IM and Presence, Expressway configurations, hybrid Cisco Webex teams, and emerging technologies. This course helps you prepare for the exam.

Recertification
After three years, by means of CEP (Continuous Learning Program) points or passing the corresponding exam.
