You act as an interface between marketing, sales and product development, helping to better understand and connect the market and customers. As a product manager, you accompany and are responsible for the entire product life cycle as a driver, coordinator and implementer. This requires skills that go beyond the normal level of technical expertise.
As an entrepreneur within the company, you must be able to assess and implement the entire range of corporate and product policy decisions. In addition to answering strategic questions, your range of tasks therefore includes methodical, project-oriented development as well as the continuous management and marketing of products and product portfolios. You are familiar with the possibilities of using AI along the customer journey and apply them in a targeted manner.

This course is aimed at product managers and aspiring product managers who are significantly involved in product development, are responsible for a product portfolio and are responsible for marketing tasks within their company.
No special prior knowledge is required. Initial practical experience in product management is an advantage.
