The course consists of ten 3.5-hour modules that introduce you to the various disciplines of digital marketing. We use the English curriculum from the Digital Marketing Institute™ to ensure you are fully prepared for the three-hour multiple-choice exam to become a Certified Digital Marketing Professional. At the same time, we have expanded the content with Swiss examples, exercises, and case studies so that you can immediately apply what you’ve learned in your everyday work.
This training program is aimed at:
- Beginners in digital marketing
- Marketing professionals with traditional marketing expertise
- Career changers entering the field of digital marketing
- Entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals
- Marketing managers
- Individuals with career aspirations in digital marketing
- No prior experience in digital marketing is required
- Basic knowledge of marketing is a plus
- English proficiency (B1–B2) is recommended (course language: German; course materials and exam: English)
Exam Registration
The exam fee is included in the course price. Digicomp will register you at DMI. You can then sign up for the online exam.
Exam Format
This is a 2-hour online closed-book exam consisting of 200 multiple-choice questions. You must answer at least 60 percent of the questions correctly to pass. The exam must be taken no later than 24 weeks after the start of the course (including retakes).
Retaking the Exam
The exam can be retaken a maximum of two times. Each retake costs an additional EUR 60.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive the internationally recognized «Certified Digital Marketing Professional» certificate from the Digital Marketing Institute™ – one of the world’s leading certifications in digital marketing.
