A compact mini production workflow runs through the course as a common thread: from the briefing through model selection and variations to a quality-checked, legally sound result – all in one day.
The course is designed as a practical hands-on workshop with plenty of room for individual questions. Working out results together, trying things out live, and exchange, discussion and Q&A sessions are just as central as the technical background and practical application.
This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to use Adobe Firefly to produce images, video and audio independently for marketing, social media and design – from beginners and career changers to marketing, design and social media professionals. Anyone who would like to go on to work in greater depth in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat will find the ideal follow-up in the course «AI in the Adobe Workflow with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign» (ADOBW1).
No specific prior knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is required – this course focuses entirely on the Firefly online portal. Basic experience with digital images or a design program is an advantage.
Information about Classroom Equipment
Our courses are usually held on Windows devices. However, we are happy to provide you with an Apple computer in Zurich, Bern, and Basel upon request. Please let us know in advance by emailing info@digicomp.ch.
Of course, you are also welcome to bring your own laptop.
For virtual participation, we recommend using an additional monitor (not just a laptop) so that you can follow the lessons and participate fully.
Adobe CC Software
Adobe Creative Cloud software will be made available to you without restriction in the course rooms during the course.
If you are participating virtually, you can work on your own device. Please let us know if you do not have your own «Adobe Creative Cloud» license. In this case, we will be happy to provide you with the software via remote access for the duration of the course.
The remote environment will be set up on a Windows device; Apple devices are not an option here. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use this environment beyond the course period.
